Added:
- Support for InterBase 2009 and XE
- Hint if no_reserve DB option used without read_only.
Changes:
- Blob table fragmentation warning does not check tables with less than 100 data pages.
- "Quesions And Answers" section 5 have more clear information about records fragmented by blobs
Fixes:
- Parsing overflow when "Generation" is greater than MaxInt
- Dump timestamp were always shown after first read
